Most of our customers don’t get too excited, in a good way, about an audit. We help make sure that they won’t get too excited in a bad way either.
Every transaction in OnSite is time-stamped, and there are multiple approval configurations available throughout. We have also spent a lot of time building in reconciliation queries and fail-safe self-appending tables. If a transaction can’t be completed for some reason, the data isn’t discarded – it’s retained in a temp file and a system alert is sent to the administrator. We try to minimize these. But when they occur, OnSite finds them first.
As we mentioned, this level of auditing capability is especially important for those companies doing business with the government – particularly for compliance with government contracting standards and regulations.
