Everyone loves reports. So, we have a lot of them. One hundred and twenty at last count. More being written every day. But mostly, everyone loves “their” report. The one report that makes their life easier, that provides them the information they just have to have, that they can show to their customer. And people absolutely love the report that they can show to their boss. We get a lot of requests for that one.
Perhaps we exaggerate, but just a little. Our experience has shown that most companies use between four and ten of the potential reports that are pre-configured in OnSite. Our experience also shows us that those key reports, when configured correctly, quickly become part of the fabric of the organization. They are the elements of OnSite that make people say, “How did we do this before? Because, I sure don’t ever want to have to do it that way again.”
